TerminologyThe following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and all Agreements: "Client," "You," and "Your" refers to the individual or entity using this website and agreeing to the Company's terms. "The Company," "We," "Us," and "Our" refers to Pythagora Technologies. "Party" or "Parties" refers to both the Client and the Company. All terms refer to the process of fulfilling our obligations to the Client, in accordance with prevailing laws of the State of California.
Fulfillment Policy
At Pythagora, we are committed to delivering high-quality services in a timely manner. Our services involve providing access to our Pythagora Pro platform, where clients can use tokens for various LLM models provided by companies such as OpenAI and Anthropic. Our services are billed via Stripe in U.S. Dollars. The services are delivered electronically, and fulfillment is considered complete when the client gains access to the platform or token credits they've purchased.
Delivery Policy
Once a payment is processed via Stripe, you will receive immediate access to your purchased tokens for use on the Pythagora Pro platform. For prepaid users, the number of tokens purchased will be credited to your account, which can be used to access the AI models. For subscription-based users, the relevant monthly tokens will be provided at the start of each billing cycle.
Refund Policy
We understand that you may occasionally require a refund. Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:
Prepaid Users: If you have not yet used any of the tokens purchased and request a refund within 7 days of the initial purchase, we will consider a full refund. Once tokens have been used, no refunds will be granted.
Subscription Users: If you cancel your subscription before the renewal date, you will not be charged for the next billing cycle. However, no refunds will be issued for the current cycle.
ExceptionsRefunds may not be issued if:
- You received the tokens or subscription as ordered but changed your mind after usage or after accessing the platform.
- You were informed of potential issues with the service prior to making the purchase.
- You failed to request a refund or file a complaint within 7 days of receiving the service.
Cancellation PolicyPrepaid Users: Prepaid purchases are non-refundable once tokens have been used. If you decide not to use your remaining tokens, they will remain on your account until expired (if applicable).
Subscription Users: You may cancel your subscription at any time. If canceled before the next billing cycle, you will not be charged for the following month. No refunds will be given for the current month.
Purchase Currency
All transactions are processed in USD via Stripe. Any applicable currency conversion will be handled by Stripe at the time of payment.
PCI Compliance
We do not directly collect or store your payment information. Instead, we use third-party, PCI-compliant payment processors, such as Stripe, to collect and process your payment details on our behalf in order to complete transactions. While our administrators can view and track actual transactions through customer portals, we do not have access to, or store, your credit card information. This ensures your payment details are handled securely and in compliance with PCI standards.
